Business basics
Legal name, DBA, business contact, location, years operating and crew size.

Three to ten job photos
JPEG, PNG or WebP, 8 MB each. For each: project, your scope, completion month and general location.

Insurance certificates
Current general liability and workers’ compensation certificates as PDFs, or a written explanation of an applicable exemption.

Three client references
General contractors, owners or businesses who can speak to your work, with their permission to be contacted.
